300 Colorado

In conjunction with its partners, Cousins Properties and Riverside Resources, Ironwood developed a 32-story, 360,000 square-foot office building in downtown Austin. Construction of the building shell was completed in 2020. Ironwood sold its interest in the property in 2021.

Verde Square

After assembling more than six acres of land along Burnet Road and west of Austin FC’s Q2 stadium, Ironwood and Karlin Real Estate are developing a mid-rise, mixed-use project which will include office, multifamily, hotel, and retail buildings.

Jeffrey’s

Ironwood acquired this iconic multi-building complex in the Clarksville neighborhood west of downtown in 2012. The restaurant buildings were restored and operate as Jeffrey’s and the Josephine House.

Lifetime Fitness

Completed in 2004 with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, swimming pool, a 1-mile jogging trail, and a 17-acre, aquifer-fed lake, Pure Austin offered arguably the finest training facility in Texas. Developed by Ironwood Real Estate, the 26,000 square foot building was acquired in 2008 by Pure Austin. In 2018, Pure Austin was acquired by Lifetime Fitness.

Sunset Ridge

Historic shopping center in an established high-income area that is very accessible to affluent neighborhoods such as Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park and Monte Vista. Located less than a mile from Alamo Heights High School with easy access from both N. New Braunfels Avenue and Brees Boulevard.

Southtown Junction

Southtown Junction is a 14,150 SF multi-tenant retail building nestled in the heart of Southtown, just a few blocks south of downtown San Antonio, in close proximity to the River Walk, the Alamo, HEB’s corporate headquarters, the Alamodom and the San Antonio Convention Center.

Parkline

Parkline is a 300,000 square foot, multi-tenant shopping center near Lakeline Mall in northwest Austin which serves rapidly growing southern Williamson County. Retailers include The Home Depot, Kohl’s, H Mart, Wells Fargo, Chipotle, Sport Clips, and Mooyah Burgers. Ironwood sold the property in 2016 after a decade of ownership.

Vintage Plaza

Ironwood acquired this 40,000 SF multi-tenant retail property in La Frontera development in 2006 from its original developer. After many years of operation, the multi-building property was sold in the fall of 2019 to a publicly-traded REIT.

Park Terrace

In partnership with Riverside Resources, Ironwood acquired the 37,000 SF office building from its original owner in 2019. The partnership sold the UT campus area asset in 2020 to an Austin-based company.
