Bianca J. Briseño

Ironwood welcomed Ms. Briseño in 2025 as Director of Property Management. In this role, she oversees all physical and financial aspects of the firm’s property management division. Prior to joining Ironwood, Ms. Briseño served as Senior Director – Asset Services for Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., where she managed a portfolio of mission-critical assets. Before that, she was responsible 500,000 square feet of Class A office space in Austin’s central business district. Ms. Briseño holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
